Participants: All UEH leaders, lecturers, staff, and employees participating in UEH Day 2025.
Spirit: Unity, learning, dedication, fair play, and mutual respect.
Attitude: Proactiveness, positivity, creativity, and strong team support are highly encouraged.
Format: Participants will be divided into five teams, represented as five ships named Wave, Fire,
Wind, Light, and Forest. Each team member is considered a crew member. Together with their ship,
the crew will unite, take initiative, and lead the journey in search of inherited values, contributing to
shaping the next chapter of ONE UEH.

THE TEAMS WILL TOGETHER PARTICIPATE IN 09 CHALLENGE ACTIVITIES, INCLUDING:
Before UEH Day 2025 (from July 4 to July 23): 3 activities
On July 24, 2025 (Day 1 of UEH Day): 6 activities
After completing the 9 activities, teams will be evaluated and scored. Once a
team identifies the core cultural value and presents it to the Organizing
Committee, it is considered to have completed the mission.
On July 25, 2025 (Day 2 of UEH Day): teams will engage in 2 physical activities.

RESULTS & SCORING:
To achieve the highest total score and win attractive prizes, teams must:
• Participate in all 9 challenge activities (maximum 90 points)
• Participate in 1 “Final Destination” activity (maximum 15 points)
• Participate in 2 physical fitness activities (maximum 10 points)
Maximum total score: 115 points. The journey of discovering the inherited value – “Finding the New DNA
of ONE UEH” – includes 9 challenge activities, each worth up to 10 points, and with each completed
activity, teams receive a puzzle piece as a clue toward identifying their core cultural value. This value is
then presented at the Final Destination stage.
** Note: Each activity has its own scoring criteria

AWARDS:
Total value of in-kind prizes: up to 60,000,000 VND
1st Prize
Awarded to the team that completes all 9 activities, has the highest total score, and identifies the correct cultural
value earliest. The team receives a certificate and a One UEH Cultural Flashcard Set for each unit within the team.

2nd Prize
Awarded to the team that completes all 9 activities, identifies the correct cultural value, and has the second highest score.

3rd Prize
Awarded to the team that completes all 9 activities, identifies the correct cultural value, and has the third highest score.

02 Consolation Prizes
Awarded to the two remaining teams that complete all 9 activities and correctly identify the cultural value.
02 Special Prizes
Awarded to teams with the highest scores in “Team Cohesion” and “Creativity”.

01 ONE UEH Culture Ambassador Award
Awarded to the team that collects all puzzle pieces, identifies the cultural value earliest, and gives the best
presentation connecting the puzzle pieces to the meaning of the inherited cultural value for UEH.
