Activity 4: Together We Go

Departure to Khánh Hòa and On-Bus Connection & Minigame Activities

 OBJECTIVES:
Ensure proactive preparation, discipline, and coordination of each team during the departure process.
Create a sense of connection and excitement from the very beginning of the UEH Day journey.
Enhance understanding about UEH through a minigame format.
 PARTICIPATION TIME:
For teams departing from Ho Chi Minh City: 05:00, July 24, 2025
For teams departing from Vĩnh Long: 22:00, July 23, 2025
(Organizing Committee representatives will facilitate activities at suitable times to ensure participants have
sufficient rest during the trip.)
 PARTICIPANTS: Team leaders and team members (as per the list provided by the Organizing Committee)

 REQUIREMENTS:
All team members must be present on time, board the correct vehicle, and scan the check-in QR
code at the vehicle door as instructed by the Organizing Committee.
Take a check-in photo of all team members on the bus.
Participate in the minigame via the LMS system provided and guided by the Organizing Committee.
Join in on-bus connection activities conducted by the Organizing Committee representatives.
 RESULTS:
All team members on board participated in the minigame and achieved scores.
Submission of team check-in photos showing the most members and memorable moments onboard.
 SUBMISSION TIME:
Photos must be uploaded in real-time to the UEH Day Lookbook while on the bus.
Minigame scores of each individual will be recorded on the UEH Day Lookbook.
Upon completing the challenge, teams will receive the fourth puzzle piece during lunchtime.

 SCORING CRITERIA:
Full team check-in and on-time departure (100% of team members present, on time, on correct
vehicle via QR code): 2 points
Team members participating in the minigame and earning personal scores (average team score
from LMS quiz results): 6 points
Check-in photos showing full participation and visually appealing images of team members: 2 points
