09 Activities and Challenges
Activity 1: Together We Name It
Team formation, meet-up, and co-creation of team slogan and Vision Board.
OBJECTIVES:
Connect team members and establish an initial sense of unity.
Align on shared direction and team objectives.
Promote a spirit of co-creation, adaptability, and contribution within the newly formed teams.
Timeframe: July 4 – July 10, 2025
Participants: Team leader and all team members
REQUIREMENTS:
The team leader holds a full team meeting (online or in-person).
The team leader introduces the constituent units of the team and the team name.
All members introduce themselves and get acquainted.
Discuss and agree on a slogan: brief, concise, and powerful—conveying a message tied to
the team name, UEH strategy, and the identities of the team’s constituent units.
Collaboratively create a Vision Board for the team: this is a piece of creative visual art
(image, video, slide, or poster) that represents the team name, slogan, goals, and
keywords, and describes the distinct features and identity of the team—serving to
distinguish it from others.

RESULTS:
One team meeting photo with the largest number of members (online or offline)
One creative and meaningful Vision Board
One team slogan
* Note: The team's Vision Board will be displayed at the “Shared Vision & Sustainable Future” Hall at the resort.
Submission Deadline: Teams must submit all required items before July 10, 2025 to be
scored and to receive the first puzzle piece.

VISION BOARD SCORING CRITERIA:
Tính Creativity and content of the Vision Board (slogan, meaning of the slogan, keywords,
distinctive images; memorable, inspiring, and aligned with the team name, UEH strategy, and
characteristics): 4 points
Quality and aesthetics of the Vision Board (clear, visually appealing, well-designed with
thoughtful layout, images, colors, and all required elements): 4 points
Level of group contribution (active participation from the team’s constituent units): 2 points
