Activity 2: Together We Gear Up

Strategically divide team members to simultaneously participate in 5 activities on Day 1
 OBJECTIVES:
Provide orientation, form small strategic groups, and assign sub-team leaders
Ensure reasonable assignment of members to each activity
Ensure all members understand the full schedule of the 9 challenge activities and all events
across the 3-day, 2-night journey in Cam Ranh during UEH Day
Ensure all members are well-prepared for the entire journey
Timeframe: From July 4 to July 10, 2025
Participants: Team leader and all team members
 REQUIREMENT:
Each team must self-assign and divide into 5 groups, corresponding to the 5 main official activities
on Day 1 (from Activity 5 to Activity 9)

Each group must appoint one main person in charge who will proactively study and prepare a
detailed plan for the assigned activity, including:
Assigning specific tasks to each member
Estimating necessary materials/equipment
Developing an implementation script and rehearsal schedule (if applicable)
