Activity 4: Together We Go

05:00 - All team members must be present, on time, on the See details on page 21
11:30 correct bus, and scan the check-in QR code at the door
according to Organizing Committee (OC) instructions.
Take a group check-in photo on the bus.
Participate in the mini-game via LMS provided by the OC.
Join icebreaker activities hosted by OC representatives on
the bus.

Check-in:
 Upon arrival, bus supervisors will receive room key cards
from the OC and distribute them to team members
11:30 –  After receiving the key card, UEHers proceed to their rooms. Refer to Duyên Hà map on page 8
13:30
Lunch will be served at Xin Mời Restaurant, Ballroom,
and The Beach House as per Organizing Committee's
allocation– Then, participants will rest in their rooms.
