In addition, the UEH Party Committee always honors and expresses gratitude for the persistent

source of motivation creating con dence and will for the younger generation to follow and to

continue to promote and to contribute to building an increasingly strong Party organization.

INSPECTION AND SUPERVISION TASKS

The UEH Party Committee has always paid close attention to inspection and supervision, focusing
on key areas and issues. Therefore, the UEH Party Committee promptly detects and prevents
violations, repels the degradation of political ideology, ethics and lifestyle. The inspection and
supervision programs are carried out in accordance with the Party's regulations, maintaining
discipline and order and enhancing the sense of responsibility of leaders, managers, Party
members and organizations at all levels.

PUBLIC AFFAIRS AND DEMOCRATIC IMPLEMENTATION

The UEH Party Committee has paid attention to propagation and democracy and enhanced
innovation in implementation methods to consolidate the great solidarity throughout the
university. The UEH Party Committee fully and promptly disseminates the rights and
responsibilities in implementing democracy, the exemplary and pioneering role of leaders,
managers and party members, increases savings, combats waste, and achieves high consensus in
the collective UEHer. With the learner-centered motto, UEH promotes administrative reform
through the application of the CRM system, the one-stop model and the digital transformation of

administrative procedures.

UEH always upholds the spirit of democratic dialogue, ensures publicity, transparency,
accountability, and ensures the legitimate rights and interests of o cials, employees and learners;
thus, creating high consensus in all aspects from performing professional work, teaching, and
scienti c research to the strategies and general development orientations of the university.
