As of November 21, 2024, the CRM system has received and processed more than
44,000 support requests (tickets), including more than 9,415 requests from UEH
employees and sta .

With the great bene ts, e ciency and value along with the infrastructure that meets the
requirements of UEH, the CRM System will be maintained and further developed with
more bene ts and functions to contribute to bringing great values and good experiences
to the UEH community.

INTEGRATING ART AND TECHNOLOGY AT TET ART EXHIBITION NEXT GEN ART:
SUSTAINABILITY THROUGH ART TECH

T t Art - Next Gen Art: Sustainability through Art-Tech is an exhibition integrating Art
and Technology organized at UEH by College of Technology and Design (UEH - CTD) in
collaboration with the talented artist Nguyen Duy Nhut from Ho Chi Minh City Museum of
Fine Arts for the rst time from January 29, 2024 to February 28, 2024.

With the message of conveying a new image and communicating the strategy of building
a multidisciplinary university, the exhibition has brought a new space full of art with
inspiring stories, the intersection between heaven and earth, helping UEHers understand
more about art and a rming UEH's multidisciplinary development orientation.

The exhibition is special not only in its
impressive installation art and space layout, in
its message spreading to society but also in its
modernity and orientation towards the
future, in which technology is integrated into
traditional works to bring new and interesting
perspectives to viewers.
