5 UEH INITIATIVES                                                                            2024

            This initiative helps convey environmental knowledge in a more vivid way, promoting
            behavioral change through game mechanics like points and rewards and encourages

            active participation and cooperation among students to contribute to building a
            community that cares for environmental protection. In addition, this is a new approach to
            combining education and entertainment, in line with global sustainable development
            goals and the digital trend of the current generation of university students who are
            familiar with digital platforms and online games.

            From September 6 to 18, 2024, within the framework of the 2024 Orientation Day, UEH
            Green Campus Game attracted more than 16,000 experiences with the participation of
            9,270 students, providing students with an overview of the environment, how to protect
            the surrounding environment and the principles of green living at UEH.

            In 2025, Version 2 of the platform will continue to be updated and supplemented with the
            latest information on the topic of “Neutral carbon and Zero carbon”. In particular, with the
            interest of the community, one fund from a non-pro t organization has decided to
            co-sponsor with UEH to upgrade and expand the platform to 10 universities in Ho Chi
            Minh City.

            SYNCHRONIZING AND IMPROVING THE QUALITY OF SUPPORT FOR LEARNERS,
            EMPLOYEES/STAFF AND COMPREHENSIVE PARTNERS THROUGH A MULTI CHANNEL
            CRM MANAGEMENT AND CARING SYSTEM.

            In order to ensure consistency and to improve service quality throughout the university
            and serve all learners, sta /employees and partners, the CRM multi-channel

            management and caring system has been deployed and widely applied by UEH in all
            a liated units. In 2024, UEH used the evaluation of each support request (ticket) as a
            basis for measuring the service quality of management units at UEH.
            This solution helps UEH systematize information and data in a logical, complete and clear

            way; maximize the exploitation of infrastructure, modernize and digitalize the
            management, support and care for learners/partners. Concurrently, it helps functional
            units save time, e ort and supports their professional tasks. In particular, the UEH CRM
            System integrates a knowledge base that has helped learners, employees/workers, and
            partners to be proactive and have the ability to research and self-study information about
            UEH.

            After the implementation period, the UEH CRM System has received positive feedback
            from learners/partners and users:

               The CRM system has compiled and stored information and cooperation content of
               more than 1,340 partners (organizations, enterprises) with UEH;

               The UEH knowledge repository has built a data set of 50 folders with more than 500
               articles providing all UEH information for learners, employees and workers;

               The CRM system is operated with the participation of 17 UEH units;
