STRATEGIC DIRECTIONS FOR THE ISB INSTITUTE IN 2025

The year 2025 marks a significant milestone as UEH celebrates their 50th anniversary and ISB
reaches their 15th year. Building on these achievements, ISB has established key objectives for
2025 to enhance educational quality and to affirm their international standing:
1. Successfully implementing enrollment plans and attracting high-quality students.
2. Orienting and promoting the ISB brand through targeted communication activities.
3. Developing strategic communication initiatives to raise awareness of undergraduate, Master’s,

and Doctoral programs.
4. Expanding international collaboration by developing joint training programs with reputable
educational partners.
5. Advancing scientific research and increasing publications in ISI and SCOPUS-indexed journals.
6. Integrating technology into education, focusing on programs related to artificial intelligence,
blockchain, and advanced technologies.
7. Fostering an innovative learning environment, encouraging students to engage in research
projects and internships with international enterprises.
8. Organizing extracurricular activities and soft skills training programs to provide students with
holistic development opportunities.
9. Enhancing academic and research programs in strategic fields such as the digital economy,
innovation, and entrepreneurship to create new career opportunities for students.
10. Promoting sustainable development initiatives to support the United Nations’ Sustainable
Development Goals (SDGs).

As a member of a multidisciplinary university, ISB takes pride in their achievements
